Space
Red Bird Social is 5400 square feet and divided into three spaces - Cocktail Area, Top Space and Bottom Space.

Here are a few details about the space:

* Bottom Space is around 46' x 39.7' or 1813 sq ft.
* Top Space is around 25' x 29'8" W or 992 sq ft.
* Stage on Top Space is 7.4' deep and 14.75' wide.
* There is a small commercial kitchen and full bar onsite.

Cocktail Area
The Cocktail area consists of the bar, bistro tables and lounge areas. The area is ideal for Happy Hour, networking and mingling for small groups. The area is not ideal for a seated dinner.
Top Space
The Top Space is a versatile area that can be used as a dining area, ceremony or reception space or dance floor. The area can be set up with tables and chairs to seat up to 64 guests. There is also a stage that can be used as an altar, for a DJ or other live entertainment.
Bottom Space
The Bottom Space can also be used as a dining area, ceremony or reception space, or dance floor. The area can be set up with tables and chairs to seat up to 120 guests.
